These are merely a small collection of poems with dark themes because sometimes you have to play in the dark to find the light. A lot of my poems are based on stories from my childhood as I grew up with a lot of death and misery. A lot of my poetry doesn't adhere to the normal flow and rhyming it is free flow or what I like to call broken. So some people will like it and others will not. I just write as I think of it, I guess.

The Kingdom of Nightfall has fallen into dark times, with the rule of King Lucius I his rule has brought excessive taxation and poverty. The villagers of Nightfall have had enough, to the point of them killing soldiers and guards and burning down multiple structures belonging to royalty and rich merchants alike. The villagers soon find their way to the front gates of the castle and face-to-face with King Lucius himself.
